Fields Avenue & First Street
In the Thick of It!

World famous for its entertainment reputation, Fields Avenue was possibly named after the original name for the former U.S. base – Clark Field, and grew up beside the main access road, hosting a variety of go-go bars, cocktail bars, discos, hole in the wall shops and eateries for the USAF service personnel.

Despite the Pinatubo and the departure of the Americans, Fields has evolved into one of the major entertainment areas in Asia.
